Roster Instructions

*Note you must be logged in to edit any of the team information within the dashboard.

The middle of the team card is where you manage the people on the team. Each row is a quick link into the right page.

Staff

The staff row shows how many staff members are on the team.

• Team admins see a Manage staff link that jumps to the staff section of the team page. From there you can invite new staff, change roles, remove staff, and resend invitations.
• Regular staff members see only the count.

Players

The players row shows how many players you have, and the maximum allowed if the event has set a roster cap (for example, 12/18 Players).

• Team admins see a Manage roster link that opens the player roster editor, where you can add, edit and remove players, set jersey numbers, and import a CSV.
• Regular staff members see only the count.

Step-by-Step: Add or Edit a Player

1. Click Manage roster on the team card.
2. On the roster page, use Add player to enter a new player, or click an existing row to edit.
3. Save. The player count on the team card updates next time you load the dashboard.

Tips

• If a row's link is missing, you are most likely viewing the card as a regular staff member. Ask your team admin to make changes, or ask them to give you admin rights on the team.
• Keep your player count under the event's maximum. Going over may block scheduling or game-sheet generation.
